Orders

To be placed the day prior by 2.00pm the working day before delivery.

(Pies and rice paper rolls require 48 hours notice)

For any orders placed after this we will try and accommodate, please call 0412 562 339 to see what we can do.

Orders under $80 will incur a $10.00 delivery fee.

Staff costs

Monday to Saturday: $45.00 per person per hour (minimum of 3 hours).

Sundays: $60.00 per person per hour (minimum of 3 hours).

Travel allowance

More than 10km from the CBD: 30 minutes each way.

More than 20km from the CBD: 1 hour each way.

If we are required to set up a bar you will need to allow 30 minutes set up time.

A general guide for the ratio of staff to guests would be 1 staff to 25 guests, depending on the duration and type of function.

Payment

We accept:

  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
  • Visa and Mastercard (2.5% surcharge)
  • American Express (3% surcharge)

A 50% deposit is required on confirmation of an order and final payment due three working days prior to the function, with final numbers.

Any orders over $1,000.00 cancelled within five days of the event will incur a 50% cost, cancellation within 48 hours will require full payment of the quoted price. Cancellations of orders under $1,000.00 require 48 hours notice or full payment will be required.

Lush Bucket can organise delivery of catering to your home, office or function venue.
